I have a degree in hotel management plus Business Administration Studies and 9 years of working experience in the hotel industry in the Housekeeping Department. I possess excellent computer skills and I have the ability to monitor and keep housekeeping operations functioning properly.
My experience includes managing the housekeeping staff to make sure employees follow company procedures and that they always provide polite and professional service. I have very strong communication skills with the ability to assist managers and staff members with daily operations and to handle any problems they may have. My experience also includes monitoring all group requests to ensure they are being handled correctly and to offer assistance where needed.
