My work was there taking room service, restaurant, lobby and swimming pool order aswell used to received call from outside guest who wants either book the table or wanted to know about the restaurant. I used to print kot, serve food to the guest and handling the payments.
I have worked at night shift for two years in a row where i used to set-up breakfast buffet and used to do all thing that was necessary.
I used to close the shift drop the cash and handover all f&b invoice to the night ouditor.
i have worked also in banquet and meeting room whenever needed.
