I am thrilled to introduce myself as a dynamic professional with a strong background in the hospitality industry, particularly in restaurant operations. During my previous work experience, I had the privilege of developing my skills in various operational areas and earning the reputation of being a versatile "Jack of all trades." Beginning as a bartender, I quickly assumed responsibilities beyond my initial role, managing kitchen staff and the operational team, which further fueled my passion for the unpredictable nature of hospitality. I was awarded to go for an exchange to the US for a year with a program "Future Leaders Exchange Program" which quite changed my intercultural competence and allows me to navigate cross-cultural interactions with ease and sensitivity. At the moment, I am studying in Germany at the Deggendorf Institute of Technology, which is considered to be the most international university in Bavaria. My faculty is International Tourism Management with a focus on Health and Medical Tourism. Combining my hands-on work experience with my academic studies in International Tourism Management, I have developed essential managerial and administrative skills necessary to excel in the industry. My name is Mubasher Ejaz and I'm from Pakistan. I completed bachelor's in commerce degree in 2018, right after graduation I initiated my career from Faysal Bank limited where I worked as account opening officer. My responsibilities were to open new accounts, update, organise tax related information against existing accounts in system and generate on-demand excel reports. I learned the processes quickly and made strong impressions on senior management. Lately I worked as an entrepreneur on daraz.pk where I had my own online store, I got impressive experience in dealing and communicating with clients, vendors and maintain debit/credit reports in order to keep my business intact.
