To work as a team within the department and in coordination with other departments. Understand and adhere to all safety and fire procedures.
Have good product knowledge of all hotel facilities and be able to answer guest questions
in a quick polite and helpful manner.
Prioritizes the cleaning duties and provides updates on status of completed rooms and
work areas. Maintains records of rooms that receive cleaning approval and rooms that require further cleaning and maintenance.
Attend supervisors briefing and brief the room attendant on the daily priorities.
Preparing morning /evening allocation according to the shift patterns.
Inspect the trolley, amenities and cleaning equipment on a daily basis.
Coordinate and prioritize the rooms with reception and communicate with the room attenda at all times.
Carry out any job-related duties assigned by the Executive Housekeeper.
Attend communication meetings and training sessions as assigned by the Executive HouseKeeper.
