I have been working in hotel industry for 5 years,as a waiter,Head waiter. since Ive been working in Dubai for 3 years,in Lavender Restaurant Dubai Polic,meantime I have met multinational, Multicultural teams and guests.Now Im the senior Waiter of the Restaurant and I have the ability to guide my team and colleagues.I have the strength of reading peoples emotions and meet their expectation to reach excellent customers service.
