Greet and welcome customers. Meet the various needs of a diverse customers and solve problems that might arise during their stay. Receive calls and forward any messages. Maintain reservations from phone calls, online and walk-in customers. Perform various cleaning activities such as sweeping, dusting, and mopping. Check for any inadequacies on the facilities and amenities. Make sure the rooms‘ hygiene are up to standard. Prepare food on a daily basis. Make sure that the kitchen’s hygiene is up to standard. Come up with ideas for new dishes. Work well with a team in a fast-paced working environment. Prepare the room and the tables for the service. Offer a service of a quality.
