I am a holder of a higher national diploma in business administration and with over five years in the hospitality industry where I have worked in different roles such as coffee Barista, waiter/ food Runner and a cashier. In three different establishments. At parkside hotel apartments being my recent work experience environment, I was promoted to a head barista with the first 6 months and I work with them for 2years finally ended my contract march 3rd 2023

-I work as a coffee barista where I prepared hot and cold coffee drinks and other beverages to customers.
-Take there orders and serve them in a consistent standard.
Clean and sanitize the work environment
-As a waiter I welcome guests and show them to their sits
- take their orders and serve them
- receive payments and issue receipts using the POS system
- register all sales into the registry
- ensure all the health and safety measures and standards are applicable in the cafe
