The Fontane Hotel am Werbellinsee is a new hotel with contemporary design, which is characterized by its top location directly on the lake. The sumptuous and stylishly furnished restaurant "Theodors" convinces its guests with a high standard of quality and creativity. And as a highlight, you can enjoy a nice drink and relax on the roof terrace at sunset. With our 23 rooms, we pamper our guests all along the line and would welcome you as reinforcement in our team.
We are looking for you, as... Front Office Employee (m/f/d) Your profile - successfully completed vocational training in the hotel industry not necessary - sound professional experience at the reception - good user knowledge with the hotel software Protel or other programs - very good manners and communication skills in German and optionally in English - well-groomed appearance and a competent appearance - good knowledge of spoken and written German Your area What we can offer you - a very good above-standard pay with up to 2700 € salary - fast promotion opportunities - a varied job - work in a dynamic team and contribute to the success of the company - in addition, we provide all employees with a small company car if necessary and cover 100% of the fuel costs We are also happy to offer a trial work in advance to get to know the company and the activity. - Ensuring a smooth workflow and support with check-in and check-out of our guests - Individual care of our guests before, during and after the stay - Professional handling of emerging guest complaints and ensuring optimal guest satisfaction - Ensuring effective communication with other departments - Answering telephone calls and processing various guest requests by e-mail - Entering and maintaining bookings / reservations - Implementation and control of daily closings and reports - Accounts receivable processing and invoice control - Training of new employees, trainees and temporary workers at the reception |
