On the outskirts of the state capital Schwerin, only a few meters from Lake Schwerin, is our AWO SANO Holiday Center Schwerin. Our facility is an intergenerational holiday and meeting place for families and groups in all forms. Support our facility management as Deputy Facility Manager (m/f/d) (full-time, permanent)Your profile:

- A completed vocational training as

a hotel manager (m/f/d), tourism and leisure clerk (m/f/d)

or a similar qualification
- Experience in hotel operations and with hotel booking software
- Secure user knowledge in all MS Office programs
- A high degree of social competence and friendliness- Enjoyment of dealing with guests and employees- Communication and team skills as well as assertiveness

Your tasks:



- Representation of the facility management with a special focus on operational processes
- Coordination of all departments to ensure
smooth operation- Compliance and control of all legal and operational requirements
- All common reception and reception tasks such as check in, check out, answering guest questions
- Telephone and written reservation advice and information activities
- Correspondence with individual guests, tour operators and group organizers
- Processing of complaints and guest complaints
- Independent management of the cash register and processing of payment transactions
