The tasks:

• Management of the gastronomic facilities managed by Aramark at Mannheimer Morgen Großdruckerei & Verlag GmbH
• Gastronomic and business management as well as management of the team
• Daily quality assurance and communication with guests and customers
• Planning, coordination and execution of events
• Office organization (incl. accounting and business accounting)
• Responsibility for compliance with food laws and internal standards

Your profile:• Gastronomic training• Additional training
as a hotel business economist or master is an advantage
• Business numerical understanding
• Several years of management experience and knowledge of administrative management
