In addition, the hotel offers its guests a restaurant and bar area, a separate sports bar, as well as a gym, a sauna and a steam bath. For events, meetings and conferences, 16 function rooms are available covering 1823 square meters.

Your profile

- Professional training and experience in the hotel industry in the field of front office / reservation of advantage

Your tasks

- Processing, preparation of offers, control and processing of individual reservations
- Entering reservations into the hotel booking system with the associated operations
- Competent advice for our international guests and customers on the phone
- Processing of options and existing reservations
- Maintenance of customer files
- Active upsell and additional sales
