1、熟悉公司潮玩IP，根据IP特质及资源，制定拓展计划和目标并落实
2、独立完成拓客、提案、谈判、签约及后期管理的授权业务全流程 3、与团队紧密合作，推动产品开发过程中的IP授权合作以及联名合作等 4、整合各类渠道资源，优化IP 授权合作流程，提高合作效率 5、维护客户关系，确保公司与客户之间建立长期和共赢的合作伙伴关系 |
