Provide a luxury personalized and “invisible” service by operating with an uncompromised level of high standard and impeccable attendance; using empowerment to make decision that will ensure resolutions, maintaining a strong and productive relationship with all departments of The Ritz-Carlton Beijing, Financial Street.
• Responsible for the accurate, courteous and efficient check in and check out of hotel guests. Processes all payments according to established hotel requirements and provide information to any guest or visitors inquiry. Responsible for the management of all individual guest warm welcome and fond farewell process. Responsible for meeting, recognizing and energizing anticipation of guests needs.
• Assisting the Guest Recognition Manager in the recognition of all Repeat Guest, VIP and special occasion guests visiting the hotel and for informing all hotel departments of the guests arrival’s, special needs and requests, personal preferences and the delivery of preferred services and amenities.
• To be familiar with hotel services and facilities and be ever ready to provide answers when asked by guests. Focus on continuous improvement through the reductions of defects, increasing guest satisfaction and maximizing profitability. The Ritz-Carlton Foundation – “The Gold Standards” & Quality will be understood and practiced on a daily basis.

Trainee can attendant the trainings include: Orientation Trainings/ Day 21 Training/ Job Certification/ Online CTC Training/ Three Steps of Service and have the opportunity to join High Potential Trainee Certification Program.
