Minimum 3 years previous experience in retail sales role, preferably in the luxury fashion .
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with customers and provide exceptional service.
Knowledge of fashion and luxury trends
Ability to adapt and customize sales approaches to meet customer needs and achieve sales targets.
Familiarity with luxury CRM and customer management practices is a strong plus.
