HR MANAGER (FERRARA, ITALY)

PROFILE

 

Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in HR field
Position requires minimum 6-8 years of experience in HR field in a managerial role
Experience in luxury/fashion business will be a plus
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to deal with multiple requests, to respect the deadlines and to set priorities
Strong initiative and autonomy
Team- working, proactivity and flexibility
Problem solving and conflict resolution
Analytical skills and data-driven approach
Languages: Fluent in Italian and English, French is a plus.
Advanced user of MS office (Excel, Power Point, HRIS Systems) and at ease with the use of IT tools for HR (Zucchetti).
