What is important for the role:

Degree in Engineering, chemistry or a related field.
Previous experience in a testing laboratory or similar role for at least 3 years. Junior + that is, with 1st professional experience. In-depth knowledge of laboratory testing and analysis techniques. Specialty in leather and finished product is valued.
Experience in the use and maintenance of laboratory equipment.
Ability to develop and implement new testing methods. Proactivity and contribution of ideas.
Excellent analysis and problem solving skills. Good documentation and report writing skills. Communication and teamwork skills.
Attention to detail and precision in work. Ability to work independently and in a team. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet established deadlines. Innovative and proactive approach for continuous process improvement.
