Education:

Master’s degree in Economics, Management Engineering or equivalent (Business School)

 

Experience:

Position requires minimum 4-5 years’ experience in HRIS project management

 

Competencies:  

Preferred knowledge of Success Factor (CORE HR) system and Zucchetti
Knowledge of Italian payroll processes and of HR budget
Project management
Strong written and oral communication skills
Team- working, proactivity and flexibility
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

 

Languages: Fluent in Italian and English, French is a plus

 

Workplace: Celine Production, Via di Meleto 1, Strada in Chianti (FI). Occasional business trip can be required to Milan to assist and support the retail team.
