HR TRAINING MANAGER

PROFILE

Att least 10 years of experience in Training design, development and delivery, preferably working in a consulting firm or a retail multinational group.
University degree.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for success in this position.
Strong skills in stand-up design and delivery, able to manage multiple projects and work with multiple stakeholders effectively.
Passionate, innovative, strong organizational skills, ability to adapt to changing conditions, strategic thinking.
Fluent in Italian and English (written and spoken); French will be a plus.
