WHO YOU ARE

You have:

A minimum of 10 Years of work Experience with 3-5 years in Sustainability
Sustainability or Environmental Science knowledge
Deep knowledge of Sustainability content: greenhouse gas emissions, biodiversity, ecodesigning, responsible sourcing, sustainable materials Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, reporting, sustainability claims, etc.
Knowledge of environmental and social sustainability practices in a business environment
Experience of project management in cross-functional environment
Demonstrated success in leading and influencing internal and external decision holding stakeholders

You possess:

Excellent communication skills with the strong presentation skills
Proven Project Management Skills
Strong Written and Verbal Communication Skills
Proactively make recommendations on process improvement and new ways of working
Ambition to learn more, with a curious mindset
Strong passion for the beauty industry
