Strong knowledge of the luxury industry with fashion, art, and culture sensitivity consistent with Marc Jacobs image and culture.
Experience managing multi-unit operations, preferably with a luxury retailer.
Understanding of retail KPIs, financial reporting and inventory management.
Ability to lead, motivate, manage, and coach diverse teams.
Proactive problem- solving acumen alongside strategic planning abilities.
Strong organisation skills, ability to work under pressure and prioritise, good reporting and analytical skills.
