EXPERT CLIENT ADVISOR - WESTCHESTER

PROFILE

We are seeking a candidate who is passionate about the Brand, the category, and the DNA of Louis Vuitton. This position requires a high level of story-telling, excellent interpersonal skills, and the expectation to be a sales leader in the area of expertise, consistently remaining the Top Seller in the category. Candidates must have experience encouraging positive relationships with clients and demonstrate outstanding product knowledge in their chosen field, maintaining a highly analytical and commercial ability.

As an Expert Client Advisor, you will be responsible for:

Acting as the point person in-store for any technical questions, including selling and clienteling techniques pertaining to your chosen category.
Analyzing and driving your business, all the while being aware of your targets each month
Using your product expertise to communicate corporate strategy and relevant business information (animate morning briefings, training, 1:1 coaching)
Leading by example in the management of your own portfolio of Clients and demonstrating outstanding clienteling actions

The appointed candidate will be offered a salary within the range of USD $27.00 - $30.00 per hour, plus the opportunity for a bonus, a comprehensive benefits package including: medical, dental, vision, short and long-term disability, various paid time off programs, employee discount/perks and two retirement plans both with employer contributions.
