New Product Development Project Manager

PROFILE

YOUR IMPACT

Follow all the steps of the entire cycle of new products across all company function: from development stage to the first delivery of finished product in our logistic platform
Monitor weekly progress of each phase to guarantee the availability of new products for the requested date pushing the organization to respect the defined scheduling and highlighting possible problems and delays
Collaborate with all functions within the industrial organization and strongly interact with HQ functions Marketing, Merchandising and Supply Chain in Paris.

 

KEYS FOR SUCCESS

Education:

Master’s degree in Engineering/Economic or equivalent experience in Supply Chain field

 

Experience:

Previous experience in planning and supply chain field
Position requires minimum 1-3 years of experience as Project Manager
Experience in luxury/fashion business a plus

 

Competencies:

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, multi-dimensional environment
Detail oriented, highly organized, agile
Excellent organizational and interpersonal attitudes
Cooperative with good teamwork and solid communication skills
Overall view of the whole and at the same time to sink more operational themes
Advanced user of IT tools (Excel and management systems)
Availability to travel to Celine headquarters in Paris is required

 

Languages: Fluent in Italian and English, additional languages are a plus
