University degree
Minimum 12 years’ experience in consumer goods in an international company, preferably in the cosmetic industry.
Effective, professional and cooperative communication skills in Korean and English
Proactive and positive attitude, passion for the brand & cosmetics industry, interpersonal skills
Sense of people and team management
