SENIOR VISUAL MERCHANDISING MANAGER (12 MONTHS MATERNITY COVER)

PROFILE

Minimum 8 years in VM including 3 years in a management position or equivalent

Strong understanding and eye for Brand Equity & Hard and Soft Merchandising experience gained in a similar environment.

Previous management of both soft and hard merchandising projects required
Impeccable project management skills
Proven ability to successfully manage Visual Merchandising team
Highly technical and detailed, with creative flair
Strong strategic vision
Good communicator & Relationship builder
Proven budget management, cost management and understanding of ROI
Luxury and global brand experience preferably in the UK Beauty retail sector, working with UK Beauty retailers
Strongly self-managing, creates own measures of success
Excellent communication skills both externally and at all levels in the company, both written and verbal
Willing to adapt and take on new challenges and driven to continually improve
Successfully able to handle multiple demands and competing priorities
Understanding of design programs Adobe Suite, Sketchup Keyshot / VRAY, Autocad a plus
