PROFILE

2+ years of experience in retail or hospitality environment
Significant drive for business results with a passion for creativity, fashion, and the Maison
Strong interpersonal, communication and organization skills as well as assertiveness
Ability to prioritize and manage time in a fast-paced environment
Curiosity, positive mindset and customer focus
Willingness to move to different Cities is mandatory for the program
Fluent in German and English, another language on top is a plus
