Reports to: Bar Manager

Position Summary:

A prestigious five-star luxury property in Dubai is seeking a skilled and personable Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about mixology, customer service, and creating memorable experiences for our discerning guests. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, maintaining a clean and inviting bar environment, and providing excellent service to all patrons.

Key Responsibilities:

Drink Preparation:

Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including classic cocktails, signature drinks, and custom orders.
Use accurate measures and proper mixing techniques to ensure consistency and quality in all beverages.
Customer Service:

Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service.
Take drink orders and serve guests promptly and courteously.
Engage with guests to ensure a pleasant experience, offering recommendations and answering questions about the menu.
Bar Maintenance and Cleanliness:

Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including bar tops, counters, shelves, and storage areas.
Ensure all bar equipment and utensils are cleaned and sanitized according to health and safety standards.
Stock the bar with necessary supplies, including spirits, mixers, garnishes, glassware, and other essentials.
Inventory Management:

Monitor and manage inventory levels, restocking items as needed and notifying management of low stock.
Assist with regular inventory checks and orders to maintain adequate stock levels.
Compliance and Safety:

Adhere to all local and state regulations regarding the sale and service of alcoholic beverages.
Check identification to verify the legal drinking age of patrons.
Follow all health and safety guidelines, including responsible serving practices.
Collaboration and Teamwork:

Work collaboratively with other bar and kitchen staff to ensure efficient and smooth operations.
Assist in training new staff members as needed.
Qualifications:

Previous experience as a Bartender or in a similar role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a luxury setting.
Extensive knowledge of mixology, cocktail recipes, and beverage presentation.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-volume service.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
A professional appearance and demeanor.

Compensation:

Salary: 1900 AED + Service Charge
