What will I be doing?

The IT Supervisor will be responsible for the day-to-day support of IT systems for business systems, office systems, computer networks throughout the hotel.

As an IT Supervisor, you will support the IT Department in its efforts to ensure the quality and delivery of IT systems for both the hotel and its Guests. These efforts will be fulfilled timely and in accordance with IT operating standards. Specifically, the Cluster IT Supervisor will perform the following tasks to the highest standards:

Provide day-to-day support for all internal hotel IT systems and users, minimizing any system outages and available to hold IT hotline shifts;
Record all issues that arise and advise the IT Manager of any issues that need further attention;
Recommend system improvements to the IT Manager;
Work closely with other departments to understand their IT needs and provide appropriate solutions.
Communicate with the hotel operational teams to respond to any Guest-related IT requirements.

An enthusiastic individual who is passionate about IT and continuously seeks to learn and adapt to new trends
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
Great analytical skills to diagnose issues and find effective solutions
Current technical skills and knowledge of technology
Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry (hotel and/or service sector) is an advantage
Experience with Microsoft systems and hotel applications, such as Opera, Micros are preferred
