Delivering exceptional guest experience by providing high quality food with adaptive menu
Provide and maintain the safe, happy and productive work environment
Training juniors
Uphold health and safety compliances

 

About You:
Qualifications in Commercial Cookery
Minimum 3 to 4 years kitchen experience (hotel background is preferred)
Strong on grills, pans and steak
Resides in Western Australia
Have full Australian working rights (company sponsor is not provided)
Have RSA and Food Hygiene Certificate
Great communications and interpersonal skills
