Doubletree Magnificent Mile is seeking an experienced Cook III to join their talented team!

Positioned between the Magnificent Mile and Navy Pier, The DoubleTree Magnificent Mile is a premier destination for anyone visiting Chicago. The property features 378 guest’s rooms with 17,000 sq. ft. of banquet space across 12 meeting rooms. The new restaurant HotHouse invites guest to relax over sweet and savory plates meant for sharing. Come be a part of this amazing team at The DoubleTree Magnificent Mile.

We are seeking an energetic individual who is career driven, with a positive approach to hospitality. 

As the ideal candidate, you will:

Have a basic knowledge of culinary preparation and execution

Have previous experience in a professional production kitchen

Have a detail-oriented approach to your work



As a Cook III, you'll be responsible for:

Preparing food items according to designated recipes and quality standards
Maintaining cleanliness and complying with food sanitation standards at all times
Ensuring knowledge of menu and all food products
Stocking and maintaining designated food station(s)
Visually inspecting all food sent from the kitchen
Practicing correct food handling and food storage procedures according to federal, state, local and company regulations
Collaborating with culinary team on upcoming event preparations
