Night Guest Service Agent (m/w/d)

As a Night Guest Service Agent (m/f/d) you will take care of our guests at the reception to contribute to an exceptional overall experience from check-in to check-out. As a Night Guest Service Agent you contribute significantly to the first impression of our guests and therefore fulfill the following tasks at the highest level:

Check-in and check-out of guests
Ensuring smooth and professional operations throughout the hotel during the nightshift service
Responsibility for security during the night (patrols on a regular basis)
Looking after and advising our international guests, taking into account special guest requests
Taking and transferring telephone calls and messages
Professional complaint handling
Carrying out our daily end of day procedures
Preparation of various reports and statistics
Responsible for training, development and supervision of new employees and apprentices during nightshift

What are we looking for?

You have an apprenticeship in the hotel business or similar industry
Fluent communication in German and English language
Passion for hospitality and excellent customer service
Positive charisma and excellent communication skills
Confident and professional handling of guest feedback and independent and efficient solving of challenges
Appearance according to our grooming standards as well as excellent manners
OnQ knowledge is an advantage
