主な職務内容

ホテルの電気・ガス・水道および空調設備の運転管理
各設備を正常に運転させるための定期点検
各種データの記録業務
エネルギーの管理及び節約などの改善提案
ホテル客室、レストラン、宴会等設備の維持管理
お客様や他部門からの依頼事項の実施 （修理依頼、空調リクエスト、WR）

※基本的に2交代で夜勤有のシフト勤務です。

求める要件

-電気、空調・衛生、消防、機械制御など設備の管理、運用、保全、工事の経験者のある方
一般的なメンテナンスおよびエンジニアリング作業に関する実務知識のある方
経験者を優遇しますが、未経験でも資格を含めて勉強していく意欲のある方
