Senior Manager, Technical Project Delivery - Asia Pacific (APACx)

Hilton’s Asia Pacific (APACx) Product & Technology team is responsible for creating hospitality experiences of the future that delights our guests, owners, and team members. Through human centric CX and technology strategy, planning, development, deployment, and continuous support, the regional team creates new digital experiences from concept to production. A successful candidate will help us drive digital transformation and localization forward, support our continued growth while remaining at the forefront of hospitality technology innovation.

What will I be doing? 

As the Senior Manager, Technical Project Delivery - APACx, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

Conduct technical feasibility analysis and drive the delivery of channel and platform capabilities across Hilton’s own and partner channels
Lead agile platform development projects, including creating architecture, sequence diagrams, and network and data flow diagrams, while collaborating with security and compliance stakeholders
Collaborate with key partners across the organization, balancing their interests and needs
Break down high-level technical requirements into more granular development tasks and ensure vendor/partner organizations have clear understanding of these tasks
Drive regular meetings with internal and external vendor teams, and follow up on agreed tasks
Participate in product lifetime support meetings to ensure technical delivery aligns with product direction
Coordinate, collect, and collate topics for the agenda through critical thinking and collaboration with project team members
Develop technical project plans, track milestones, and send weekly progress reports

Manage, coordinate, and provide regular project updates to multiple stakeholder groups
Ability to do rapid prototyping in the web and app platform with the assistance of generative AI
Possess great project management skills with the use of tools like Kanban
Travel up to 15% 

To fulfill this role successfully, you should demonstrate the following minimum qualifications:

7 years of professional experience in the technical field
3 years of project management experience
Current experience working in technology project planning and delivery
