Grab and Go Attendant and Server - Lockwood - Palmer House Hilton

An Attendant/ Server is mainly responsible in providing customer service, managing orders, and assisting in various tasks ensuring a positive guest experience.
What will I be doing?
As a Attendant /Food Server, you would be responsible for serving food and/or beverages to guests in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
-Respond to guest requests in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner
-Ensure knowledge of products, promotions, and specials
-Take guest food items, beverage orders, and retail orders and input in POS
-Bag and hand orders in timely manners
-Ensure guest satisfaction
-Ensure following the purchase of alcohol beverages in accordance with federal, state, local and company regulations
-Ensure opening and closing procedures are followed including cleanliness of you station and products are well-stocked at all time
-Ensure all products are within the use thru dates and by monitoring quality.
