Overnight Houseperson - Part Time - Hilton Baltimore Inner Harbor

Hilton Baltimore Inner Harbor is looking to expand our Housekeeping team! We are looking for a responsible part-time Overnight Houseperson! Find us next to Oriole Park at Camden Yards. Inner Harbor’s museums, the National Aquarium, and TopGolf Baltimore are all within a mile. We’re connected to Baltimore Convention Center via skywalk and near downtown dining. Camden Station’s light rail is a three-minute walk and offers airport transit. Enjoy our heated indoor pool, whirlpool, and sauna.

  

Pay Rate: $16.20 per hour, plus $0.50 overnight shift differential. 

Shift Pattern: 11:00pm – 7:30pm

  

The ideal candidate will hold comparable experience in customer service and have full availability to work the ever-changing schedule of hospitality. This is a fantastic opportunity for those seeking to begin their hospitality career.

  

What will I be doing? 

As a Houseperson, you would be responsible for cleaning and maintaining designated areas of the hotel and responding to guest requests in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.

 

Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

 

       Clean designated areas including, but not limited to, restrooms, public areas, offices and banquet/meeting/conference rooms.
       Perform tasks including, but not limited to, dusting and polishing furniture and fixtures, vacuuming, mopping, sweeping, shampooing carpets, washing windows, cleaning/waxing floors, removing and disposing of trash and emptying ashtrays.
       Greet guests in a friendly manner.
       Report maintenance deficiencies and items in need of repair.
       Stock and maintain supply rooms, as needed.
       Perform deep cleaning tasks and special projects (for example: mattress flipping, furniture moves, etc.), as needed.
       Deliver guest requests and assist in cleaning guest rooms, as needed.
