 Assistant Director of Sales / Leisure

Are you a sales talent and brand ambassador? Are you going on a business trip to win a lot of business and new customers? Are you well connected, like to negotiate and know your way around the market? Are you up to date on trends and events?

Then you will be our new Assistant Director of Sales, report directly to our Director of Sales & Marketing and ensure the highest occupancy rate of our hotel with the Laisure Sales team!

· Management of employees in Leisure Proactive Sales, including induction and implementation of appraisal interviews

· Leading regular daily meetings

· Continuous control and analysis of all leisure sales activities

· Duty and holiday planning from the Leisure Team.

· Sales activities of all kinds for the leisure sector, including new customer acquisition

· Comprehensive support for existing customers in your segments

· Independent work with the hotel's national and international leisure accounts

· Independent negotiation of group framework agreements

· Preparation and negotiation of leisure contracts, preparation of sales reports and statistics

· Organization & participation in sales trips, trade fairs, workshops and fam trips Representation of the hotel in sales talks, trade fairs, fam trips as well as events in national and international key markets

· Co-organization and assistance in the planning and implementation of customer events

· Competition Checks

· Preparation of the business plan in cooperation with our Director of Sales & Marketing

· Conducting market and competitive analysis to stay informed about industry trends and developments and keep the company competitive.

· Professionalism & eloquence, customer focus, business awareness, motivation and competitiveness

· Willingness to travel, positive energy and humor

· Completed vocational training or studies in the hotel industry, ideally several years of experience in proactive sales

· Fluent in German and English - other foreign languages are an advantage

· Very good MS Windows & Office skills
