Schedule: open availability for overnight shifts, typical shift times are 8:00pm - 4:30am 

Pay Rate: $24.30 per hour


What will I be doing?

As a Night Kitchen Cleaner, you will be responsible for the proper maintenance of all kitchen operations, as well as the cleanliness and sanitation of all kitchen areas. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

Clean and maintain floor mats with degreaser
Ensure drains are properly cleaned and maintained
Wash, degrease and scrub all floors
Clean all exhaust hoods and removable vents
Keep all stoves, oven, salamanders, grills and fryers clean
Thoroughly wash, sanitize and polish all stainless-steel equipment and countertops, including legs and the inside/outside of shelves.
