Costume Agent (Uniform Attendant)

Ensure the highest quality in cleanliness and service as well as efficiency and production throughout the uniform room.

-Responsible for issuing, tracking, organizing, washing and pressing uniforms for all cast.
-Assist with conducting uniform quality audits to ensure all uniforms are in good condition. Replace worn uniforms as needed.
-Ensure that there is always a well maintained par level of all costumes for new casts.
-Conduct inventory and submit order recommendations to the Laundry Manager so that the par level is always maintained.
-Assist casts with uniform issues ranging from quality, sizing and fittings.
-Perform other duties as requested by the management.

-Minimum one year work experience in a 5* hotel or in an industrial laundry
-High school diploma or equivalent
-Computer skills to include Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
-Excellent communication skills
