FO Intern

1.Develop a thorough knowledge of room locations, room types, rates, discounts, hotel facilities and their hours of operation, special promotions etc;
2. Go through relevant information about arrivals during shift; VIP, SPG member, regular guests, groups, etc. Room status functions;
3.Greet arriving guests with a smile and eye contact using the guest’s name;
4.Resolve guest complaints, without involving Team Leader if possible. When needed, refer the matter to the Team Leader or Duty Manager;
5.Enforces all brand standards and procedures from VIP guests, pre-arrival, to their arrival, during their stay till their departure;
6.Take personal responsibility for guest requests, follows up with relevant department to ensure the request has been acted;
7.To inspect the hotel’s main entrance, Reception Lobby, restaurants, public toilets and guest floors when appropriate, and report the finding in the logbook.
8.Ensures FIT’s arrival and departure by limousine are met and greeted and are given a smooth and seamless check-in and check-out;
9.Inquire if the guest had a pleasant stay, note down any comments and feedback for Management’ information;
10.Report any unusual occurrences to the Duty Manager or Front Office Manager;
11.Be familiar with Westin Guest Satisfaction Standards and is guided in daily work;
12.To handle VIP amenity preparation.
13.To ensure clearly known all activities within the hotel (F&B Functions, restaurants, meetings, arriving and departing VIP’ s, groups).
14.Abide by the Westin Guest Satisfaction System ;
15.Abide by the Hotel’s policies and procedures, Westin code of business conduct and the hotel’s associate handbook;

Bachelor Degree and above
English,Chinese is preffered
