GRO Management Trainee

You will work as a Front Office(departments) intern in various Guest Relation Officer roles.
These roles include:
- welcoming new guests arriving at the hotel
- helping guests check in at the main reception desk
- assisting guests with their questions around the reception and lobby areas
- helping in the lobby, concierge , front desk, business center when most guests will be present and often have questions about some aspect of their stay at the hotel or their plans for the day
- English training to hotel staff
- other duties may be assigned to you depending on the needs of the hotel and your personal skills and interests. These will be discussed with your work supervisor from time to time. You may also get chance to shadow more senior managers after being there for a while and proving the quality of your work.
