FO Management Trainee

Responsible for all duties performed by the Front Desk Agents. Main focus on reception work of groups & VIP guests. Keep good relationship between hotel and guest to assure highest level of satisfaction. The Luxury Collection Butler will be the key element in the communication between the Guest and the hotel management. Service will be delivered based on a high level of luxury elements based on the brand requirements of the Luxury Collection Hotels and Resorts.
