Senior Climbing Instructor

Job Description
Instruct adults and children of all abilities and supervise public sessions.
Adhere to all Clymb-relevant policies and procedures. 
Ensure that all necessary checks are carried out on the climbing wall.
Cover all climbing supervisory job scope elements, if required, for the delivery of material, inspections, and maintenance tasks.
Provide coaching, classes, and progressive training material where required.
The route is set in line with the agreed-upon sop's high grade and quality.
resolve internal maintenance issues, where applicable, by safely accessing the wall structures.
Organize and report on areas of the operation that were assigned and applicable.
Document and organize reports where required, and ensure standardization in deliveries and assessments.
Priorities oneself in taking on back-end tasks such as inspections, installations, etc.
Priorities oneself for lead climb assessments and more generally dealing with technical customer enquiries and information on products, coaching, etc.

Climbing Qualification (CWA or equivalent)
Effective communication skills
Lead Climbing Experience
Minimum of 3 years of climbing experience.
Good communication skills and friendly, outgoing personality
To be punctual, well organized, reliable, and able to work effectively with other team members.
Good time management, task allocation, and rostering skills
