工作职责：1.完善企业采购环节的监督体系，加强对企业资本运营的内部控制；配合相关部门做好材料、设备的招标工作，并对招标过程进行监督。
2.根据采购计划单制定详细的采购计划，确保采购任务的及时、准确完成。 3.协助对新供应商品质体制系状况（产能、设备、交期、技术、品质等）的评估及认证，以保证供应商的优良性。对现有供应商进行定期评估，确保供应商的持续稳定性和可靠性。 |
