1.按照公司标准服务礼仪，负责上门客户柜面服务接待；
2.根据监管及行协消费者教育宣传、适老化相关规定，做好柜面服务工作； 3.按照公司标准化流程，协助相关部门做好新服务、新平台功能的推广； 4.执行分公司客户运营部门交办的客户联络任务及信息收集等工作； 5.部门交办的其他工作。 |
