Job Summary and Mission
◆ We are looking for an Audit Analysis Manager to join our Internal Audit team. This role contributes to Starbucks success by planning, performing, and reporting on audit services, monitoring the adequacy of the organization's controls and adherence to policies, and making recommendations to improve control effectiveness. You will drive audit projects to completion, with direct responsibility to perform fieldwork and oversee audit team members. While you will functionally lead project team members, you will not have direct reports with line manager responsibilities.

Summary of Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
◆ Assist with planning and scoping of audit focus areas partnering with the business to identify risks that impact the internal control environment and may impede the success of accomplishing internal initiatives.
◆ Lead assigned audits and reviews, managing end-to-end project planning and execution with guidance from IA Sr. Manager
◆ Develop and design efficient and effective control testing approaches leveraging data analytics to increase the coverage of testing
◆ Advise and provide feedback to team members on risks and internal controls to ensure audit quality standards are met
◆ Provide functional expertise by making recommendations based on audit findings and assessing the adequacy of resulting actions taken by management
◆ Drive team enhancements and process improvements over departmental internal audit activities
◆ Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop process improvements based on knowledge, analytical skills, and understanding of the business environment

◆ A Bachelor’s Degree in business, accounting, or a related field
◆ 5 years of progressive experience in audit, accounting, or financial management
◆ 3 years of public accounting with a major international accounting firm, or internal audit experience at a large global company
◆ Experience with data analytics and/or visualization tools, such as Alteryx, Tableau, or SQL
◆ Ability to lead, manage, and deliver projects
◆ Ability to communicate clearly and concisely in Chinese and English, both orally and in writing
◆ Strong problem-solving and leadership skills
◆ Attention to detail
◆ Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and Generally Accepted Auditing Standards (GAAS)
◆ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
◆ Advanced degrees or professional certification in one or more of the following is encouraged but not required: CPA, CISA, CIA, CFE
