Job Summary and Mission
◆ This job contributes to Starbucks success by developing marketing programs and promotions that support sales, market opportunities, consumer branding and the Company's overall marketing strategies. As a strategic pillar under marketing function, we’re looking for an experienced marketer with multi-channel brand marketing experience to develop integrated campaign / promotion / customer engagement, manage compelling content, explore communication matrix, and serve category and business needs.

Summary of Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
◆ Lead team to work together to develop and execute marketing campaigns, promotions and tactics for in and out of stores to dial up brand-level communication; support each campaign awareness and engagement with target segments
◆ Work cross internal stakeholders and external agencies to ensure content plan alignment, execution quality and on-time delivery.
◆ Explore multiple media platforms to drive effective communication conversion to sales
◆ Collaborate with cross function teams to coordinate and execute marketing, advertising and promotions that are consistent with company-wide marketing and brand goals and objectives.
◆ Manage marketing expenses within budget guidelines
◆ Set clear objectives, provide constructive feedback, and ensure team has the resources they need to succeed, creating a cohesive and high-performing team.

◆ Required Experience, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
◆ 10+ years of marketing experience, including brand marketing, marketing communications, creative & copy development
◆ Strong digital/social channels marketing experience preferred
◆ Solid experiences in leading a team
◆ Retail background is a credit
