1.Training Delivery:
a.Deliver professional training sessions, workshops, and webinars to international customers, partners, and internal teams.
b.Ensure high-quality instructional delivery and learner engagement.
2.Content Localization & Development:
a.Adapt and localize existing Tencent Cloud training content to suit international audiences.
b.Collaborate with subject matter experts to continuously update and develop new course materials.
3.Learner Engagement & Support:
a.Engage actively with learners to address questions, support practical exercises, and reinforce learning outcomes.
b.Provide ongoing guidance and mentoring to learners throughout their training journey.
4.Evaluation & Feedback:
a.Gather and analyze participant feedback to continually improve training quality and effectiveness.
b.Assist in developing assessments, quizzes, and certification exams to measure learning success.

1.Bachelor’s degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields.
2.2-5 years of experience as an IT or cloud computing trainer, instructor, or consultant.
3.Excellent command of English and Chinese (verbal and written); fluency in additional languages is a plus.
4.Solid understanding of cloud computing principles and familiarity with Tencent Cloud.
5.Proven ability to deliver engaging technical presentations and interactive training sessions.。加分项：1.Professional certifications from major cloud providers.
