1.负责处理内外部客诉，建立完善的客诉处理体系；
2.配合公司职能线团队做好甲方投诉举报等事项的沟通； 3.负责信贷业务消保、合规规则的起草与维护，确保业务操作符合相关法律法规。 |

Job Requirements |

1.具备优秀的沟通交流和文书工作能力；
2.具备项目管理能力，有信贷征信合规工作经验者优先； 3.3年以上相关工作经验；思路清晰，逻辑严谨，能够准确分析业务风险； 4.具备良好的抗压能力，能够在高压环境下保持高效工作。。加分项： |
