1.负责微信问一问内容推荐系统算法能力搭建；
2.负责推荐策略模型项建设包括不局限于：混排策略、精排、召回、双端冷启，内容/用户理解 等链路模块； 3.负责效果类优化包括不局限于：推荐系统中推荐效率，生态调控，产品调性等整体链路优化，综合提升推荐效果与用户体验； 4.有良好的代码通过数据分析追踪效果，推动整体效果的优化。 |

Job Requirements |

|
1.对机器学习算法有较深刻的理解，有良好的工程素养，能够快速进行算法实现和迭代；
2.有推荐系统、广告系统、搜索系统业务经验者优先；有行业图文类内容，短内容，短视频推荐业务经验者优先； 3.优秀的分析问题和解决问题的能力，对解决挑战性问题充满热情； 4.有较好的沟通能力、团队协作能力，积极主动。。加分项： |
