Senior IT Operation Engineer

IT Hardware  Asset Management: Track, manage, and maintain IT hardware assets, including procurement, inventory control, lifecycle management, and decommissioning.
IT Operations Support: Ensure the smooth operation of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and end-user computing devices.
Onboarding & Offboarding: Manage the IT provisioning and de-provisioning process for employees, including account creation, hardware allocation, and access management.
Service Delivery & Support: Provide technical support to end users, troubleshoot IT issues, and ensure timely resolution through IT service management processes.
IT Process Improvement: Develop and implement best practices for IT operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards. Collaboration & Coordination: Work closely with HR, IT Security, and other teams to streamline IT-related processes and improve user experience.
Vendor & Supplier Management: Coordinate with external vendors for IT equipment procurement, service agreements, and maintenance contracts. Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate IT asset records, operational logs, and generate reports as needed.
Security & Compliance: Ensure IT systems and processes comply with company security policies and regulatory requirements.

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
7+ years of experience in IT operations, service delivery, or a similar role. Strong knowledge of IT asset management, IT service management (ITSM), and IT operations best practices.
Experience with onboarding/offboarding processes and identity/access management tools.
Proficiency in managing Windows and macOS environments, networking fundamentals, and enterprise IT infrastructure.
Familiarity with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, or similar platforms. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams. ITIL certification is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working in a global IT environment.
Knowledge of automation tools for IT operations.
Familiarity with cloud-based IT infrastructure (AWS, Azure, Google Workspace, etc.).。加分项：
