Business Development Manager

Monitor gaming market trends and regulatory developments across North America; identify growth opportunities and build strategic relationships with top gaming studios, platforms, investors, and industry organizations.

Drive mini-game publishing operations, including partner engagement, campaign execution, KOL and community management, and settlement coordination.

Lead data-driven user acquisition initiatives across digital channels; explore and build traffic acquisition partnerships to scale reach and engagement.

Work cross-functionally with product, legal, operations, and marketing teams to remove business roadblocks, localize product strategies, and provide regular market intelligence and insights.
Work Location: US-California-Los Angeles

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Minimum 2 years of experience in gaming business development, with a proven track record in the North American market.

Hands-on experience in mini-game publishing, influencer/KOL engagement, or community operations.

Strong negotiation skills, analytical capabilities, and ability to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-cultural environment.。加分项：
